Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant training valued.
• Experience using standard office software (spreadsheets, word processing, databases, presentations).
• Strong communication skills in multiple formats (verbal, written, presentations).
• Ability to think critically and solve problems in a workplace context.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and stay flexible in a busy environment.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train the necessary workplace skills for success.
• Coach and train on essential job functions and performance tasks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with service providers to track progress toward goals.
• Assist in maintaining case files and required paperwork.
• Perform duties and special projects as assigned.
