Job summary

Child & Family Services of Newport County is seeking a Therapeutic Integration Specialist to support students with development and behavioral needs in the classroom setting. You will partner with the Kids Connect Program to provide necessary support, ensure safety and wellbeing, and help clients thrive as they learn to navigate their needs, social awareness, and independence.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in early childhood education or related field.
• At least 1 year of childcare experience.
• Knowledge of NAEYC and Early Childhood quality standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Clinical Supervisor and maintain accurate client records using the EHR system.
• Provide direct services to children to enable inclusion and build skills.
• Implement client behavior plans as established by the Clinical Supervisor.
• Ensure children receive goal-oriented assessments and treatment plans within established timeframes.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and families and report concerns to supervisors.
