You will help implement individualized plans, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and professionals to promote student success.

Responsibilities include one-on-one and small-group support, documentation of progress, personal care assistance when needed, and active participation in ongoing training

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with education settings is beneficial.
• Ability to work with diverse learners and families.

Responsibilities

• Support students in achieving academic, social, and behavioral goals outlined in their IEPs.
• Work one-on-one and in small groups to reinforce instruction.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Encourage student independence while following behavior plans.
• Assist with classroom observation and documentation of progress.
• Provide personal care support as needed (toileting, feeding, dressing, lifting, transferring).
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
• Assist students during transportation and transitions as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, families, and other professionals to promote student success.
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain required certifications, including V-Endorsement.
