Job summary

UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) is seeking a Redwood SEED Academic Student Success Coordinator to lead academic, instructional, and student success components of the Redwood SEED Scholars Program, a four-year inclusive postsecondary education initiative for students with intellectual disabilities at UC Davis.

The role collaborates with students, instructors, faculty, peer mentors, families, and campus partners to promote student success through person-centered planning, UD

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in related area or equivalent experience/training.
• Experience working with students with intellectual disabilities (including diagnostic process and IEPs).
• Experience advising students with intellectual disabilities at high school or college level.
• Experience in Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and training others in UDL.
• Strong self-determination principles and person-centered planning knowledge.
• Proven leadership, staff supervision, and prioritization of multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
