Job summary

Cascade Middle School in Washington is seeking an Inclusion Specialist for the 2026-2027 school year. This role blends Special Education and Multilingual Education to support students across four SPED programs, two Dual Language programs, and General Education, partnering with the Leadership Team to advance inclusive practice.

The specialist will manage a small caseload of 8–10 students, oversee IEP goals, progress monitoring, documentation, and family communication, and lead targeted

Qualifications

• WA State Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsements.
• Three years of successful teaching experience.
• SpEd and ELL/Bilingual endorsements required.

Responsibilities

• Carry a small caseload of 8–10 students with IEP goals and progress monitoring.
• Lead intervention cycles for Newcomer and Intermediate Multilingual Learners toward Mainstream settings.
• Coordinate with families and teacher teams to identify needs and track impact.
