Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or related field required.
• Two years of experience working with children under 13 preferred.
• Pediatrics CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint expected.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership in diverse youth settings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and develop inclusive programming with the Content Specialist.
• Create outreach strategies to engage participants facing participation barriers.
• Foster a safe, welcoming environment for all families.
• Manage participants’ Individualized Accommodation Plans.
• Maintain student behavioral support plans and logs.
• Support social-emotional development and behavior management in programming.
