Job description

Our client, a leading provider of financial technology software, is hiring a remote Program Manager! This role will be working PST.

*This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!*

As a Program Manager, you will coordinate and monitor all projects related to a key bank partnership, overseeing 14 workstreams across Product, Marketing, and Legal/Compliance. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while driving alignment across internal teams and the bank partner.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of a critical program with a key bank partner, managing 14 cross-functional workstreams.
• Ensure adherence to program plans and schedules, resolve issues, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts; advise on program operations and tradeoffs.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Program Management
• Proficient in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Familiarity with consumer lending
• Experience in Fin Tech a plus
