Qualifications

• Experience in full inclusion or Co-Teaching in a Resource Room model.
• Strong written and verbal communication; well organized.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to interpret student abilities and modify curricula as needed.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments for instruction and functional behavior assessments.
• Write and implement behavior improvement plans and IEP goals.
• Facilitate IEP meetings and monitor progress toward goals.
• Communicate regularly with families on academic and social-emotional growth.
• Support planning and participation in non-instructional activities and events.
