Job summary

Latham & Watkins is a leading global law firm seeking an Inclusion, Opportunity & Community Manager to support Affinity Groups, Multicultural Coalitions, and the IOC Committee across US offices with a hybrid/in-office setup.

You will partner with lawyers and BSPs, manage infrastructure and onboarding, and drive annual strategies and budgets while protecting sensitive information and building an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Juris Doctor or related master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in inclusion, opportunity, and community work; law firm experience preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of cumulative experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to Affinity Group leaders and the IOC Committee.
• Lead development and continuous improvement of Affinity Group infrastructure and operations.
• Oversee rotations and onboarding for global and local leaders.
• Guide annual strategies and budgets and organize cross-group meetings.
• Identify partnership opportunities and develop shared resources.
