Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking an Inclusion, Opportunity & Community Manager to serve as a strategic advisor for affinity groups and multicultural coalitions. The role supports the IOC Committee and may be based in any U.S. office with a hybrid/office presence.

Responsibilities include leading infrastructure improvements, onboarding leaders, and coordinating annual strategies while protecting sensitive information. A bachelor’s degree and significant experience in inclusion programs are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Juris Doctor or related master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in inclusion, opportunity, and community work or professional services; law-firm experience preferred.
• Minimum five years of cumulative experience.
• Minimum two years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to Affinity Group leaders and the IOC Committee.
• Lead development and continuous improvement of Affinity Group and Multicultural Coalition infrastructure and operations.
• Oversee onboarding/orientation for new global/local leaders and liaise with stakeholders.
• Guide annual strategies and budgets; organize cross-group meetings for coordination.
• Identify opportunities across groups and develop shared resources and tools.
• Protect highly sensitive, confidential information.
