Job summary

WM is seeking a Facility Manager for an Incinerator DEA operation to oversee multiple facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, and financial performance.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in plant operations, and ability to coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, Transportation, and Environmental Compliance to meet ES&H, regulatory, and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive management experience in plant operations.
• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in management or environmental field preferred, or related equivalent in relatable work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and workers.
• Review regulatory documentation and maintain permits and records.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide monthly financial and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with DEA, EPA, OSHA, and DOT requirements.
