Job summary

WM is seeking a Facility Manager Incinerator DEA to oversee one or more Hospital, Medical, and Infectious Waste Incinerator (HMIWI) facilities. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage the controlled substances program, and drive performance in safety, environmental health, and revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Transportation to address regulatory and customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure selects, trains, and develops an effective and efficient team of managers, supervisors, and plant workers.
• Review regulatory documentation, manage databases for permits, incidents, and OSHA records; coordinate inspections and environmental tours.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive continuous improvement, safety, compliance, and financial goals.
• Provide financial forecasting and manage payroll, A/P, capital expenditures, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with other facilities and support teams to share best practices and improve operations.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, EPA, OSHA rules and DEA controlled substances procedures.
