MANTECH invites a results-driven Incident Technician to support our customers in McLean, VA. You will provide technical support, installation services, and incident management for computer hardware, applications, and network systems in a mission-focused environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end incident response, remote triage, and collaboration with network services and systems teams to restore service while documenting logs and status updates. Some travel to client sites is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience providing technical support in a help desk or incident management role.
• Experience with Windows 10, Office 2016+ and business applications.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and TCP/IP networking.
• Experience installing IT endpoints such as desktops and VOIP phones.

Aufgaben

• Deliver end-to-end incident response and customer support per ITIL processes.
• Support installation, configuration, relocation, and documentation of desktop IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network issues and maintain logs and status reports.
• Provide guidance on system procedures, outages, and updates during restoration.
• Frequent local travel to customer sites across Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC metro area.
• Work shift 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; shift may vary based on support requirements.
