• Ensure accurate recording and timely escalation of incidents.
• Lead incident triage with severity, impact and regulatory considerations.
• Coordinate stakeholders during active incidents with clear roles and timelines.
• Maintain audit-ready incident records and evidence.
• Support post-incident reviews and lessons learned.
