You will oversee delivery of complex engagements, coordinate remote and onsite work as needed, and serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, translating risk into actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading cybersecurity teams in either a military or industry setting.
• Ability to lead with calmness, focus and decisiveness in high-pressure environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to brief executives and boards.
• Demonstrated crisis management experience and effective communication with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response investigations and threat hunting, including containment and remediation of large-scale attacks.
• Oversee teams of cybersecurity experts and forensic analysts in complex engagements.
• Act as a crisis leader during high-impact incidents with structured timelines and clear updates.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives with strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with client IT and security teams to align technical work with business priorities.
• Contribute to design and standardization of internal incident response methodologies.
• Deliver status updates and final reports to technical and executive stakeholders.
