Job summary

Trend Micro is seeking an Incident Response Coordinator to serve as the single point of contact for customers during Incident Response engagements and to ensure timely communications and effective incident management. This role collaborates with analysts, leadership, legal, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in incident or project management, and a Bachelor’s in a related field. In-office presence three days a week is required at the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in incident or project management, SOC operations management, or cybersecurity coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must be located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and willing to report in-office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of incident management with effective coordination and communication.
• Serve as the single point of contact for incident escalations and status updates.
• Maintain situational awareness across multiple incidents and prioritize response efforts.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among technical, legal, compliance, and executive teams.
• Organize tasks, tools, objectives, decisions, and actions for reporting and post-incident analysis.
• Identify and track security posture enhancements for Trend Micro customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for post-incident activities.
