Trend Micro is seeking an Incident Response Coordinator to serve as the single point of contact for customers during Incident Response engagements and to ensure timely communications and effective incident management. This role collaborates with analysts, leadership, legal, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient service delivery.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in incident or project management, and a Bachelor’s in a related field. In-office presence three days a week is required at the U.S.
The position is located at our U.S. Headquarters in Las Colinas, TX and requires in-office presence three days per week.
The Incident Response Coordinator is a role for those experienced with leading, managing and coordinating cybersecurity incident response activities. This role serves as a single point of contact for customers during Incident Response engagements, ensuring timely communications, effective incident management, and efficient stakeholder coordination. The coordinator works closely with Incident Response analysts, senior leadership, legal, and other relevant parties to ensure that proper service delivery is performed and efficiently executed.
