Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT/related field.
• 4–7 years in incident management, incident response, or IT operations coordination.
• Strong ITIL understanding and structured incident response practices.
• Proficiency with IT service management platforms and monitoring tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor to technical and leadership audiences.
• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain and maintain it; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Organize response efforts across the full incident lifecycle and set priorities.
• Ensure accurate categorization, documentation, and knowledge updates; maintain audit trails.
• Engage dependencies across infra, apps, cyber, and vendor teams.
• Provide structured leadership updates, stakeholder briefings, and status pages.
• Lead PIRs and update runbooks/workflows based on lessons learned.
• Elevate unresolved incidents according to SLA/escalation guidelines.
• Collect and store key decisions, timelines, and impacts for audits.
• Serve as single point of contact to drive timely resolution.
• Track incidents in ITSM platforms and verify remediation steps.
• Contribute to post-incident analysis and continual improvements.
