Job summary

Lambda Inc. is seeking a senior Technical Program Leader to own delivery for our AI cloud platform.

You will drive complex programs from planning through rollout, coordinate across compute, networking, storage, and the cloud control plane, and partner with engineering and product teams to meet milestones and customer impact. You will lead multiple teams through ambiguous requirements, influence decisions, and communicate technical and business implications to executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading technical programs or engineering teams.
• Experience shipping complex cloud services.
• Familiar with GPU infrastructure and ML platforms.
• Ability to lead multiple teams through ambiguity and tight delivery.
• Strong communication with engineers and leadership.
• Knowledge of delivery planning and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own complex programs from planning through rollout with clear accountability for schedule and quality.
• Translate product priorities into executable plans with milestones and owners.
• Partner with engineers on architecture, estimates, sequencing and risk visibility.
• Coordinate launches across compute, networking, storage, and control plane with cross-functional alignment.
• Build a delivery cadence connecting roadmap planning, testing, gates, rollout, and handoffs.
• Provide leadership with a shared view of progress, decisions, and blockers; escalate as needed.
• Define launch success metrics for service availability, provisioning, performance, and customer experience; drive post-launch reviews.
