Job summary

Clifford Chance in New York is seeking an Incentives associate attorney to join its Tax, Pensions, Employment & Incentives Group. You will advise on remuneration policy, incentive design and executive compensation for clients worldwide.

You will address governance, regulatory, and disclosure issues, including equity-based and cash compensation, and work on compensation aspects of major transactions such as M&A and IPOs.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, structuring and implementing equity-based compensation
• Strong knowledge of employment, retention and separation agreements
• Prior experience at a peer law firm preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle governance, regulatory issues, disclosure and executive hires/exits
