Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited US law school.
• High academic achievement.
• Experience in Executive Compensation including equity-based plans and related M&A.
• Admitted to (or waivable into) the New York bar.
• Prior experience in a peer law firm.
• Preferred class years 2021–2023.
• Resume and law school transcript required.

Responsibilities

• Advise on remuneration packages, incentive design and governance.
• Design and implement equity-based compensation and related employment agreements.
• Advise on major corporate transactions including M&A and IPOs.
• Provide cross-border and multi-jurisdictional guidance.
