Tandigm Health, a population health leader in the Philadelphia area, seeks a Product Manager, Incentives to lead strategy, development, and management of data products that support provider incentive programs and value-based care initiatives.

The role sits at the intersection of business, analytics, finance, product management, and IT, delivering scalable, well-governed data solutions that enable incentive transparency and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, analytics, information systems, or a related field required.
• 4-5+ years’ experience in product management, data product management, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Healthcare, population health, value-based care, provider incentives, or performance management experience.
• Experience defining business metrics, KPIs, calculations, business rules, and analytical requirements.
• Experience using SQL to query, analyze, and validate data to support product decisions.
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams.
• Certified Product Owner, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define data product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery plans for incentives data products and reporting capabilities.
• Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, requirements, and user stories.
• Partner with IT Data Services, Analytics, BI, and Business teams to translate requirements into scalable data products.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and constraints.
• Validate delivered solutions against defined business definitions and reporting requirements.
• Guide ongoing operation of data products, monitor data quality, and document definitions and rules.
