• Admitted to (or possessing the ability to waive into) the New York bar.
• Prior experience in a peer law firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on remuneration, incentives and employment tax issues.
• Design, implement and oversee equity-based compensation plans.
• Support governance, regulatory issues, and executive hires and exits.
• Contribute to major corporate transactions, including M&A and IPOs.

Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree

Admitted to NY bar or eligible
