Job summary

JM Family Enterprises, Inc. offers a SET Incentives Intern position in Deerfield Beach, FL for the Summer Internship Program. Interns gain hands-on experience with incentive programs, reporting, analysis, and dealer-facing initiatives while learning JM Family's culture and core values.

Collaborate with teams, develop data visualizations in Excel and Power BI, and contribute to real projects and events during the internship period.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a bachelor’s, master’s, or related program; at least one semester completed.
• Fields of study may include Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Accounting, Statistics/Applied Mathematics, Business Management.
• coursework or experience using data in marketing or finance is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and familiarity with Power BI/SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support incentive program tracking and reconciliation with accurate spend data.
• Develop and maintain reports and data visualizations showing incentive spend and program performance.
• Prepare clear dealer-facing program summaries and assist with eligibility/timing information.
• Assist monthly vehicle retail incentive processes including budgeting and scenario planning.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting using Excel and Power BI.
• Support annual Dealer Incentive trip data entry, budgeting, and feedback analysis.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners on reporting needs.
