Job summary

JM Family Enterprises, Inc. seeks a SET Incentives Intern to gain hands-on experience in incentive programs with a focus on reporting and analysis. You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy, provide visibility into program performance, and assist with dealer-facing initiatives.

The summer internship (May 24, 2027 – July 30, 2027) is full-time, offering exposure to data visualization, budgeting, and cross-functional teamwork within Southeast Toyota incentives.

Qualifications

• This internship targets students actively enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree-seeking program.
• Focus areas include Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Accounting, Statistics/Applied Mathematics, Business Management.
• Coursework or experience using data in marketing, finance, economics, analytics is preferred.
• Microsoft Excel with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and basic formulas; Power BI and SQL are desired.

Responsibilities

• Support incentive program tracking and reconciliation, identifying qualification or stacking discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain performance reporting and data visualizations for spend, program attainment, inventory, or sales pace.
• Provide dealer-facing program support with clear program summaries and timing information.
• Assist with monthly vehicle retail incentive process including budgeting and scenario planning.
• Create and streamline reporting processes using Excel and Power BI.
• Support the annual Dealer Incentive trip through data entry, budget tracking, and post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners on reporting needs and projects.
