Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of financial statements helpful.
• Interest in evaluating businesses, industries and investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, and company research to support evaluation of new sectors, emerging trends, and potential investment opportunities.
• Support the evaluation of strategic investments and acquisition opportunities through financial analysis, company research, competitive benchmarking, and due diligence activities.
• Prepare clear, executive-ready materials and investment committee deliverables that synthesize research, financial analysis, and key findings.
• Identify and track companies, investors, and potential strategic partners relevant to JMFamily's businesses, while supporting portfolio reporting and other Corporate Development initiatives.
• Maintain pipeline trackers, meeting notes, templates, and other department resources, and contribute to playbooks and process improvements.
• Build effective relationships with functional groups across the enterprise and support business units or portfolio companies on strategic initiatives.
• Create and maintain stakeholder materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support Corporate Development priorities and broader enterprise growth initiatives.
