As a Sales Planning Intern (May 24, 2027 - July 30, 2027), you will support reporting, analytics and presentation development using Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI, collaborating across departments to drive data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a Bachelor's, Master's, or other degree‑seeking program at an accredited college or university, with at least one semester completed.
• Fields of study may include Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or related fields.
• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to build cross‑functional relationships and work independently with interest in automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Update recurring reports and develop ad hoc analyses to support business needs and decision‑making.
• Prepare clear, professional PowerPoint presentations for Southeast Toyota leadership and dealer meetings.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes to improve team efficiency.
• Use company‑approved AI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to support reporting, analysis, and presentation development.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across organizational levels to support departmental initiatives.
