Overview

BRMi is seeking a highly experienced technical functional lead for the implementation of the Incentive Compensation module. This position will join our HR Technology team and collaborate with the implementation team to ensure HCM needs are represented and shared data points are understood. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Incentive Compensation Oracle module, Workforce Compensation, and Payroll Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and processes.

Salary

100k-130k

**Can be 100% remote in TX, NJ, NC, WV, AL, VA, MD, MO, DC, GA, or FL**

Responsibilities
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of the Incentive Compensation Oracle module within our HR Technology framework.
  • Ensure seamless integration and alignment of HCM elements, including payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
  • Share project updates relevant to the HCM team and HR Department.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to validate system functionality and data integrity on the HCM side.
  • Troubleshoot issues and recommend system enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation and training materials to support user adoption and compliance.
  • Refine the Oracle Fusion RACI matrix to reflect post-go-live operational needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate role assignments and ensure accountability.
  • Identify and address gaps or ambiguities in existing role definitions within the HR Technology landscape.
  • Lead HR Technology projects within an Oracle HCM environment.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive consensus on ownership structures.
  • Communicate effectively, organize, and analyze data.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Incentive Compensation, Workforce Compensation, and Payroll modules within HCM.
  • Proven ability to lead technical-functional implementations, including data integration and testing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, including refining RACI matrices and post-go-live support.
  • Skill in navigating cross-functional stakeholder environments, ensuring accountability, and resolving ambiguities.
  • Strong background in data validation, issue resolution, and system optimization across HR and payroll systems.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage timelines.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to document processes and create training materials.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in HR Technology, focusing on Oracle HCM applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Oracle certifications are a plus.
