Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America is seeking an Incentive Compensation Operations Analyst to join the regional Financial Operations team in the United States. The role focuses on administering incentive plans across NA, coordinating quarterly or annual plan setups, and supporting payout calculations with Finance and HR partners.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of related experience, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient with standard office technology and productivity tools (Microsoft 365).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and set up new incentive plans each quarter or year in the incentive management tool.
• Support or lead payout processes, calculations, adjustments, and approvals with Finance and Benefits teams.
• Administer SPIF programs and TDS Rewards incentives and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Perform monthly accounting activities including accruals, analyses, reconciliations, and ad hoc deliverables for audits.
• Respond to internal inquiries, provide training, and resolve questions about calculations or reports.
• Maintain policy compliance and liaise with providers to resolve tool issues and improve reporting.
