You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and business teams to maintain compliance, data integrity, and improve HR systems, particularly Workday. The role involves documenting plans, auditing for compliance, and supporting system functionality across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in drafting compensation plan documentation with clear, compliant language.
• Expertise in designing and managing complex incentive plans and bonuses.
• Strong analytical skills for audits and data-driven recommendations.
• Knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws; HR compliance.

Aufgaben

• Oversee lifecycle of incentive plans, including activation, deprecation, and updates.
• Coordinate with HRBP, Recruiting, Sales Finance to implement plans across the org.
• Create and maintain compensation plan docs, job aids, and trackers; ensure policy compliance.
• Manage day-to-day Workday data entry for hires, promotions, and compensation changes.
• Audit compensation data for accuracy; resolve issues and document corrections.
• Provide system support, troubleshooting, and training on HR systems.
