Capstone Career Site in Tulsa, OK seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse activities and ensure safety and efficiency. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 yearly, with shifts starting early mornings or afternoons and Monday through Friday work expectations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of management experience in distribution/warehousing, strong budgeting and team leadership, and the ability to train staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management and leadership experience in an industrial/warehouse setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to read and interpret P&L statements and manage budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carriers and run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate; audit labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily and resolve issues with associates.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and ensure participation.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budgets.
