Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with common carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Prepare and balance daily bank deposits.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
• Ensure policy and safety rule compliance.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and employee participation.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budget.
• Schedule shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire and train new associates.
• Oversee data entry and payroll records daily.
• Complete daily closeout and payroll data procedures.
