Job summary

Landmark in Plainfield, NJ is seeking a Wedding & Event Inquiry Specialist to handle inbound inquiries from couples and clients. This phone-focused role guides conversations, answers questions, and schedules venue tours across our properties.

You will work with high-intent leads, log activity in CRM, and collaborate with venue sales teams. Weekend availability is required, and the in-person role includes occasional work-from-home flexibility on weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service, call center, or scheduling experience.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and scheduling tools.
• Hospitality or event experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Speak with couples/clients to understand event details (date, guest count, style).
• Recommend the best-fit venue(s) and schedule tours.
• Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into appointments.
• Log activity in CRM and manage scheduling.
• Coordinate with venue sales teams.
