Job summary

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an Inbound Team Lead to guide daily warehouse operations alongside Supervisors. You will manage workflows, assign tasks to associates, monitor transactions in SAP, and drive efficiency in the inbound area. Lead with strong problem solving and safety focus in a fast-paced setting.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Control Tower, Inventory Control, Transportation, and other teams to meet performance targets and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast paced distribution center environment.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Problem solving, decision making, planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert in RF, Conveyor, and SAP systems.
• Coordinate workflows and assign daily work to warehouse associates.
• Monitor transactions created by personnel and track performance vs. targets.
• Collaborate with control tower, inventory, transportation, and inbound teams to meet targets.
• Monitor area activity and communicate risks of missed targets to Supervisors.
• Prepare recovery plans for at-risk targets with supervision.
• Communicate exceptions to the Account Team (e.g., inbound damage, missing part numbers).
• Identify areas for improvement and report daily efficiency.
• Oversee inventory levels of consumables and create SAP requisitions as needed.
• Investigate and repair exceptions (Over, Under, Missing, Damages).
