Job summary

Colony Tire Corporation / Atlantic Tire Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Inbound Assistant Manager to oversee inbound operations at our wholesale tire distribution center. You will manage receiving, inspection, and storage of tires, working closely with the Warehouse Inbound Manager to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in warehousing, proficiency with WMS, and a commitment to safety, quality, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams in inbound operations.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory control, and quality checks.
• Ability to train staff and monitor KPIs and safety compliance.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to meet daily inbound targets.
• Oversee receiving, counting, and documentation for inbound shipments.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control to maintain accurate stock and cycle counts.
• Implement process improvements to increase inbound efficiency.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA standards in the warehouse.
