Qualifications

• High School or GED degree; 4-6 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned shifts and warehouse staff under supervision.
• Monitor safety and enforce equipment safety and warehouse protocols.
• Coordinate warehousing activities with management to ensure operational efficiency.
• Evaluate team performance, provide training, and report findings to distribution center management.
• Record inventory transactions using manual or automated systems for equipment, supplies, and items.
• Support SEAL principles and SEAL Operating Systems to boost productivity and service.
