Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Knowledge of ERP, Warehouse, Transport and EHS systems beneficial.
• Education in Warehouse or Supply Chain is advantageous.
• Forklift truck license is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance and daily inspections on equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure operational reporting is available via Sandvik systems.
• Process shipping/export documentation accurately.
• Report discrepancies regarding stock and safety.
• Enforce Sandvik EHS policy and safe work practices.
• Supervise outbound team and provide direction.
• Lead team meetings and provide on-the-job training.
