Job summary

Sandvik Machining Logistics in Hebron, KY is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for 2nd shift. The role leads distribution staff, coordinates shipping/receiving and inventory to meet KPIs and ensure on-time shipments.

Starting pay 65–75k with quarterly bonus and $120 weekly shift differential; comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of leadership experience or a relevant degree, plus WMS/ISO experience and strong leadership, communication and PC skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience, or an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain with 2 years of leadership experience, or a BA/BS in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• Prior WMS & ISO experience; MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of distribution staff to meet KPIs.
• Supervise daily customer orders and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and reconcile warehouse inventory and address discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal management on site initiatives.
• Develop staff through training, guidance and coaching.
• Foster a positive work environment with clear communication and feedback.
• Lead projects of moderate complexity and identify lean/5S opportunities.
• Uphold EH&S and ISO culture and compliance.
