Job summary

Schneider Electric is hiring a Warehouse Operations Operator for inbound functions in our Texas facility. You will pick orders for truck and parcel shipments, replenish inventory, and prepare goods for shipment with handheld scanners and reach-truck equipment. Daily safety checks and overtime may be required.

You should be safety minded, a strong communicator, and flexible to adapt to changing workloads. Previous warehouse experience and forklift operation are preferred, with a focus on accuracy

Qualifications

• Ability to read, count, and perform basic math functions.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound tasks: picking orders for truck/parcel shipment, replenishments, full pallet picking, loading.
• Operate warehouse equipment: order picker, high reach truck.
• Use RF scanner to verify products and orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and report safety incidents or concerns.
• Work overtime as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
