Qualifications

• Required: Series 7 and 63 licenses, may be obtained as a condition of employment.

• Ability to read, write and communicate in Mandarin and/or Cantonese and English.
• Preferred: 1 year of client service or financial services experience.
• Preferred: Series 9/10 and Series 34 licenses.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject-matter expert to brokerage clients on equities and derivatives (options & futures).
• Handle first- and second-shift client trades with accuracy and client focus.
• Deliver proactive, consultative service and resolve client issues promptly.
