Qualifications

• 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience.
• Experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management preferred.
• Licensing not required but support for Series 7 and 63/66 if pursued.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager to deliver a premier client experience.
• Support development and growth within the Schwab branch.
• Handle client needs with tact and diplomacy while managing multiple tasks.
• Build and maintain cross-enterprise relationships and stay informed on brokerage regulations.
