Position Overview

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company. We support inbound customer service, troubleshooting, payment processing, and customer inquiries. This entry-level, on-site role requires reliable candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn. Prior contact center experience is a plus but not required. Paid training and advancement opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries
• Research and coordinate with departments to resolve issues
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate issues as needed
• Attend training and team meetings

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Fluent in English
