We are immediately hiring a Inbound Logistics Manager in Charlotte, NC for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The Manager oversees daily warehouse or distribution center receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of inbound shipments. This role manages a team responsible for unloading, inspecting, and storing goods while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards.

• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
• Annual Salary Pay: $65,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience
• B onus: Weekend/ Holiday spot bonus
• Schedule: Shift 1st: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00 pm (flexible)
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in warehouse management systems (WMS) are essential, along with the ability to drive continuous improvement and meet operational targets.

The Inbound Logistics Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Minimum Pay Range: $65,000

Maximum Pay Range: $70,000
