Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
- Two or more years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
- One or more years of direct supervisory/leadership experience.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) advanced.
- Logistics industry knowledge advanced.
- Knowledge of local and Federal regulations advanced.
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components intermediate.
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced.
Responsibilities
- Customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt staff.
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling.

The Customer Logistics Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management in our Dedicated Transportation Solutions business vertical. The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
