Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry-related field required.
• One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required; advanced level.
• Logistics industry knowledge required (advanced).
• Knowledge of local and Federal regulations governing customers/companies (advanced).
• Fundamental understanding of Supply Chain Management components (intermediate).
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production (advanced).

• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
• Annual Salary Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year based on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.

Summary

The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management . Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
