Randstad USA in Buford, GA is seeking high-energy Inbound Sales Representatives / Customer Experience Advisors (CEA) to join our team. You will deliver exceptional inbound customer service, identify sales opportunities, and guide customers through product offerings while converting inquiries into sales.

The role requires 1–3 years in a contact center or sales environment, and a 6-week training starting October 19.

Qualifications

Location: 2505 Mill Center Pkwy, Ste 100, Buford, GA 30518

Pay Rate: $22.00 / hour

Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Training: 6-week mandatory training period (no time off permitted during training)

Schedule/Shift Options: Shifts start between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM (ending between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, includes a 1-hour lunch).

About the Role

We are seeking high-energy, customer-focused Inbound Sales Representatives / Customer Experience Advisors (CEA) to join our growing team in Buford, GA! In this role, you will deliver exceptional inbound customer service while identifying sales opportunities that create long-term value and loyalty. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide customers through product offerings, support order and account inquiries, and convert qualified inbound interactions into sales—all while representing our brand with excellence.

salary: $21 - $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 7 PM

education: High School

Key Responsibilities

• Customer & Sales Support: Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails; perform needs discovery to advise on products, promotions, and pricing while converting inquiries into sales.
• Customer Experience: Resolve account, billing, and order issues on first contact; document all interactions accurately in the CRM while delivering high-touch brand support.
• Performance & Training: Complete a 6-week onboarding program; maintain current product knowledge while consistently meeting performance, quality, and SLA metrics.
