What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound sales calls by answering customer inquiries and documenting requests
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products and financial services
- Follow up with existing customers to offer additional coverage and maintain relationships
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with customer information and insurance licenses
- Stay updated on policy changes and sales techniques to maximize customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must obtain and maintain life, health, and accident insurance licenses within the specified timeframe
- Proven sales experience with strong closing skills in a sales-driven environment, preferably in call center or insurance sales
- Deep knowledge of insurance products, including product descriptions and policy language
- Proficient computer skills, including multitasking with software and troubleshooting equipment in a remote work setting
- Ability to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 megabits per second)
