HairClub is seeking high-performing inside sales professionals in the United States to convert qualified inbound leads into in-person consultations. You will guide conversations, educate clients on options, and close deals while earning uncapped incentives based on performance.

This is not a traditional call center role; you’ll work with inbound opportunities and be rewarded for exceeding conversion targets, with base pay plus significant upside through incentives.
