Qualifications

• Call center or retention experience preferred but not required.
• Training provided with compensation.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• De-escalate & Re-engage inbound calls from customers.
• Consultative retention & cross-selling of Wireless and Broadband products.
• Demonstrate tenacity through objections with structured counter-offers.
• Protect the EchoStar brand and build long-term loyalty.
