Job summary

EchoStar is hiring for an on-site Retention Specialist in Roseland, NJ. You will engage customers through inbound calls, present tailored offers, and de-escalate objections to protect accounts.

A strong money-motivated mindset and high school diploma are required; training is provided with base pay during onboarding. Base pay starts at $20.50/hour with uncapped commissions and a potential OTE of $70,000 annually, with top performers reaching $100,000+.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s a plus).
• Call center experience is a plus, but not required—we will train you on advanced de-escalation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Practice active listening to identify customer pain points and reframe services.
